Job summary

AtlantiCare in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist for an outpatient practice. You will join a team of board-certified specialists dedicated to autoimmune disease care and personalized patient management.

This full-time role features a four-day workweek with no weekends or call, competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits, and strong support staff to enable focused, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• BC/BE rheumatologist with experience in outpatient autoimmune care.
• Board certification or eligibility in rheumatology is required.
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary care team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rheumatology assessment, diagnosis and management.
• Collaborate with immunologists, Orthopaedics, physical/occupational therapy and dietitians.
• Develop personalized care plans and coordinate referrals when needed.

With our team approach to care, we’re able to develop personalized care plans that meet the needs of our patients. And with the resources and clinical expertise of AtlantiCare’s entire network behind us, we’re able to consult and refer to a full array of colleagues, such as immunologists, orthopaedic physicians, physical and occupational therapists, nutritionists and many more who can all play a vital role in advancing the health of our patients.

This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek with flexible scheduling and no weekends or call. Additionally, we offer:

• Competitive base salary

• Ability to accrue up to 264 hours of paid time off, which includes 40 hours of New Jersey sick leave annually and 224 hours to use for vacation, holiday, sick and personal time
