Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers seeks a full-time Physician Liaison to join our El Paso, TX location. The role combines sales and public relations as you call on local physicians to expand the patient referral base and promote the clinics’ services in the community.

You will oversee designated territory, build strong provider relationships, and support marketing initiatives while traveling as needed. A degree in marketing/communications or healthcare is preferred, with a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration or Healthcare preferred.
• Direct experience in communications within a sales/marketing environment may substitute education/experience.
• A Valid Driver’s License is required for daily driving within the territory.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned territory and to use own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Build volume and favorable provider perceptions among internal and external referral streams.
• Develop outreach, relationship-building and marketing plans to meet goals.
• Exhibit strong time management, organization and communication in a fast-paced setting.
• Analyze referral data and facilitate marketing campaigns.
• Use templates and programs for tracking leads and communications.
• Develop relationships with local community organizations and businesses.
• Collaborate with hospital medical affairs, outbound referral systems and provider resources.
• Maintain ongoing communications with referring providers and offices via visits, emails, and calls.
• Apply research-based methods to build awareness and trust.
• Identify referral sources (target audiences).
