Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or health-related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ healthcare experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and current economic trends.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, staff, and internal teams to drive engagement and referral growth.
• Promote imaging services and drive referral growth.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits with physician offices and healthcare facilities.
• Manage a target list to ensure outreach frequency and referral volume growth.
• Communicate service line messages aligned with marketing strategies.
• Prospect for new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Monitor competitive activity and adapt strategies to market changes.
• Accurately document outreach activities and results in the CRM.
• Coordinate meetings, in-services, and events for physician engagement.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in meetings and initiatives.
