Job summary

MemorialCare is seeking a Physician Recruitment Coordinator in Fountain Valley with a hybrid schedule. You will support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of Physicians and Advanced Practice Practitioners, delivering high-level service to hiring managers, candidates, and new hires.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, processing pre-employment steps, managing ATS data, and producing onboarding reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in physician recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-employment and onboarding processes including background checks and offer letters.
• Coordinate pre-screening calls and in-person interviews; manage calendars and scheduling.
• Assist with job postings, vendor payments, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Coordinate recruiting events and track candidates through hiring lifecycle.
• Generate and maintain reports for new hire tracking.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer to first day of hire.
