Job summary

Odyssey Locums is seeking a Radiology locum to work onsite in Newark, OH. The role involves interpreting XR, CT, MR, and US studies at a Level II trauma center with Epic and GE RIS/PACS systems. You’ll support a 8a-5p schedule with weekend options and a two-week per month part-time arrangement.

We offer top-of-market hourly pay, paid housing and travel, tail malpractice coverage, and dedicated credentialing support. Board certification in Radiology is required; DEA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist eligible for US licensure.
• DEA license is a plus but not required.
• Experience with general radiology procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret General Radiology, XR, CT, MR, and US studies.
• Work onsite at Newark, OH facility with Epic/PACS use.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure timely reporting.

The Role:

• Location: Newark, OH 43055
• Assignment duration: ASAP-Ongoing
• Work Schedule: M-F 8a-5p (Onsite Only); weekend option available; part-time — two weeks a month
• Weekend-only remote arrangement possible after onsite orientation & comfortable
• Cases: General Radiology (XR 50%, CT 30%, MR 10%, US 10%). Mammography a bonus; MRI a plus.
• Expect 60-70 wRVUs during the week, 70-80 wRVUs on the weekend
• Site Charting System: Epic; PAC/RIS: GE; Voice Recognition: PowerScribe 260
• Facility type: Level II Trauma Center, 200+ beds
• Requirements: Board Certified or Eligible, DEA is a plus but not required.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
