The Role:

• Location: Flagstaff, AZ 86001
• Assignment duration: 12/21/2026 - 12/27/2026
• Shift Type: Day 5x8‑Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
• Cases: General Radiology coverage for the ER with occasional basic fluoroscopy; dates of need include Dec 21-24 (or Dec 21-25 or Dec 21-27); expected reads for locum coverage ~70-80 per day (permanent staff ~100/day)
• In-hospital reads only — remote is not an option
• Requirements: Active AZ License or IMLC, BC in Radiology, BLS, & DEA
