Job summary

CompHealth seeks a physician recruiter in Tyler, TX to focus on placing physicians in the northeast Texas region. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with a combination sign-on bonus and relocation assistance and PSLF opportunities for eligible candidates.

The recruiter works within a physician-led, nonprofit environment and coordinates interviews, licensing, and salary/contract negotiations to ensure the best fit for providers and facilities.

Tyler is centrally located in northeast Texas and is a hub for the region and easily accessible to several major cities. It is known as the Rose Capital of America. • Combination sign-on bonus / relocation assistance; PSLF
• Outreach is 2 - 4 times per month
• Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm
