Job summary

CompHealth invites a pulmonary specialist to Fort Lauderdale to join a hospital-employed practice. The role is predominantly outpatient with inpatient coverage every fifth week, allowing a focused pulmonary practice in a thriving coastal city.

There is 100% pulmonary focus with the option to add Sleep Medicine duties; a well-funded pulmonary lab, COPD clinic and PFT lab support your work. You will join a team of four pulmonologists with APP support in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient pulmonology and inpatient coverage planning.
• Familiarity with bronchoscopy and Sleep Medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 80% outpatient duties with inpatient coverage every 5th week.
• Maintain 100% pulmonary focus with optional Sleep Medicine duties.
• Join a team of four pulmonologists with inpatient APP support.
• Hospital-employed position in the Fort Lauderdale metro area.
• We assist with salary negotiation, license coordination and interview scheduling.
