Job summary

VISTA Staffing Solutions in the Forest Park area of Chicago is seeking a dedicated Adult Psychiatrist to join its inpatient behavioral health team at an established hospital.

This 100% on-site, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with call rotation and an average inpatient caseload of about 16 patients per day; the compensation package aligns with MGMA guidelines and includes base pay, production bonuses, sign-on, relocation, loan repayment, CME, PTO, and paid malpractice insurance.

• Board-certified psychiatrist with inpatient experience.
• Experience working on an inpatient behavioral health unit.
• Strong collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
