Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a well-established private practice with 31 providers. Flexible inpatient/outpatient mix and a supportive team enable a balanced caseload.

Outpatient 3–4 afternoons per week with 6–12 patients per session; inpatient rounds M–F; weekend call roughly 1:4. J-1/H-1B visa sponsorship available and salary/contract negotiation assistance.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry required.
• Board-certified in psychiatry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient morning rounds Monday–Friday with flexible inpatient/outpatient mix.
• Outpatient caseload typically 3–4 afternoons per week with 6–12 patients per session.
• Assist with interviews, licensing coordination, and visa sponsorship when needed.

• Dedicated nursing and full administrative support including billing and credentialing
• Child and adolescent fellowship training required; board-certified preferred
