Job summary

Intermountain Health in St. George, Utah invites an Outpatient Psychiatrist to join a seasoned team dedicated to compassionate care. You will provide psychiatric services in the St.

George Psychiatry and Counseling clinic, collaborating with physicians, APPs, therapists, and social workers in a supportive environment. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a focus on quality patient experience. This role offers a generous benefits package, sign-on, relocation assistance, training

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
• Residency training in Psychiatry.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Must pass Intermountain Health credentialing process.
• Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship are not eligible.

Responsibilities

About this role

As an Outpatient Psychiatrist, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

• You will practice at St. George Psychiatry and Counseling in St. George, Utah
• This position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, stipend for those still in training, and $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicable
• Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• You will join a seasoned group of physicians, APPs, therapists, and social workers

What you’ll bring

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Residency training in Psychiatry
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
