Job summary

CompHealth in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is seeking a leader to oversee an outpatient team, including supervision of 20 nurse practitioners and one psychologist. The role features a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, and a patient load around 16 per day.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of leadership experience, board certification, and an active New Mexico license. No call or weekend obligations, with support for licensure and interviews during the process.

Qualifications

• Board certification and active New Mexico medical license required.
• Supervise 20 nurse practitioners and 1 psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 100% outpatient practice with a hybrid schedule.
• Supervise 20 nurse practitioners and 1 psychologist.
• Manageable patient volume of ~16 patients per day.
• Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 15–20 minute medication checks.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with licences for new hires.
