Job summary

CompHealth seeks a board-certified/board-eligible psychiatrist to join a Denver, Colorado program serving children and adolescents (ages 8–18). The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend call rotation approximately every 2–3 months and a full support team across disciplines.

The position includes a built-in fellowship program with mentorship and leadership development, plus additional compensation for weekend call. Colorado license is required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday schedule with weekend call rotation approximately every 2 - 3 months
• Work setting spans residential, PHP, and IOP levels of eating disorder care
• Treating patients ages 8 - 18 with a manageable average caseload of 18 patients
• Full support team including NPs, PAs, therapists, nurses, dieticians, and admin staff
• Built-in fellowship program with formal mentorship and leadership development
• Additional compensation provided for call weekend coverage

Salary from $280000.00 to $320000.00 annually
