The position offers a 4-day work week, weekend on-call rotations, and a strong support network to aid with licensing and interviews. New graduates are encouraged to apply and Alaska licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must be board-eligible or board-certified in psychiatry.
• Alaska medical license required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient psychiatry with a census of 8–12 patients per provider.
• Weekend on-call rotation of 1 weekend per month.
• Collaborate with a team of 5 psychiatrists and 4 mid-level providers.
