Job summary

Concentra Onsite Occupational Medicine is seeking a Physician PRN for our Bartow, FL clinic. You will deliver occupational medicine and primary care services including work-related injuries, non-injury physicals, urgent care, and wellness, with a patient-first approach.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in urgent care/occupational medicine and DOT certification. Shifts are staggered; clinic is open Monday–Friday 7 AM–6 PM and Saturday 8 AM–1 PM, offering a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction as required for clinical and/or business duties.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Performs medical assessment of client patients.
• Establishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for patients.
• Maintains clinical core competency.
• Assures compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies.
• Provides guidance to other medical staff to ensure Concentra's mission is achieved.
• Provides an excellent, compassionate and warm patient experience regardless of patient volume.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment.

Schedule: Staggered shifts. Clinic is open Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM - 1 PM

We are seeking a highly experienced and mission-driven Physician to join our team at our client's onsite Occupational Medicine / Primary Care practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an urgent care/occupational medicine setting and will be DOT-certified. Scope of care includes Occupational Medicine: work-related injuries and follow-up care, non-injury physicals, Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Wellness.
