Concentra in South Bend and Goshen, IN seeks a Per Diem physician to join our patient care team, delivering high-quality occupational medicine and patient-centered care.

As a PRN clinician, you will assess patients, provide treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a reassuring patient experience. This flexible per diem role supports work-life balance and offers exposure to a national leader in occupational health.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction.
• Unrestricted DEA license in state of jurisdiction.
• DOT/FMCSA certification – active or willing to get during credentialing.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Medical degree (MD) or DO from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide treatments with leadership and problem-solving.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and reassure patients.
• Contribute to team and uphold clinical standards.

Center Hours: M-F 8a-5pm

PRN Shifts: 5+ a month
