Opportunity Details

• Position Type:Full Time - 1.0 FTE
• Schedule:36 hours within the office hours of Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm (with plan to expand hours to 7pm two weeknights) Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm (once a month).
• Location:Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Union Lake

• Team Size:4 providers
• Teaching Opportunities:MSU community medical students and AIM residents
• Call Requirements:Larger FM call pool with one weeknight a month from 5pm to 8am the next morning; one weekend day (Sat or Sun) per quarter from 8am -8am
