HealthPartners Champlin Clinic seeks a full-time Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds physician to join our outpatient team. You will provide comprehensive primary care within a multi-specialty system, with access to RN support and integrated care pathways.

Job Description Park Nicollet Clinics - Champlin is seeking a full-time Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med Peds Physician to join our team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day. As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility. This is an out-patient position where you will have the ability to perform a range of in-clinic procedures. At Park Nicollet Clinicwe Work Together As a Team To Achieve Success. Park Nicollet Primary Care Clinicians Are Supported By Their Peers And By a Network Of Care Team Professionals In Each Clinic. As a Park Nicollet Clinician, You Can Expect

• In-basket support
• An on-site department assistant to assist with clerical tasks
• An on-site RN to support patients with complex conditions and assist you with patient follow-up
• Triage provided by registered nurses
