The professional services provided shall be consistent with the requirements in place at the time for all applicable federal, state and local regulatory entities (including, without limitation, The Joint Commission).# 2.As may be reasonably required by the Hospital, work with designated Hospital administrators to provide input into the Practice Location’s budgets, capital expenditures, strategic planning and marketing.# 3.As may be reasonably required by the Hospital, assist with the selection, supervision and evaluation of the Practice Location’s staff.# 4.As may be reasonably required by the Hospital, assist the Hospital in recruitment of additional physicians to the area served by the Hospital.# 5.Participate in utilization management, quality improvement, patient satisfaction programs and committees as may be reasonably requested by the Hospital.# 6.Participate in such teaching or community benefit programs or other activities as may be reasonably requested by the Hospital from time to time.# 7.Participate in after hours and on call coverage as may be indicated for patient care and practice needs.# 8.Provide and perform such other services as may reasonably be requested by the Hospital from time to time.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work to be performed by the Physician.
