Qualifications

• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
• NY license or eligibility to practice in NY.
• Residency from an accredited program completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care in Olean office.
• Manage patient calls and after-hours triage as needed.
• Collaborate with APPs and other specialists within Kaleida Health.
