CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Shreveport, LA is seeking a BC/BE Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join a physician-led, faith-based system. The role focuses on full-spectrum plastic surgery with emphasis on breast reconstruction, supported by AI-driven processes and Epic EMR in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The position is full-time (W2) with competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and tail coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible plastic surgeon.
• Experience in breast reconstruction preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum plastic and reconstructive surgery with focus on breast reconstruction.
• Lead breast reconstruction cases in collaboration with oncology and surgical teams.
• Coordinate care with CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic and Cancer Center teams.
• Utilize AI-integrated documentation tools to enhance patient care.
• Maintain Epic EMR in inpatient and outpatient settings.
