Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join the Huntley Immediate Care Center team in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. You will manage a broad range of pediatric conditions in a collaborative, supportive environment and contribute to advancing pediatric care within our growing health system.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adaptability, and teamwork with nurses, MAs, and therapists. Clinic hours are 7:30 AM–6 PM, with call duties every 6–8 weeks.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Board-eligible or certified.
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of pediatric conditions at Huntley Immediate Care Center.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient-centered care and compassionate service.
• Share call responsibilities approximately every 6–8 weeks.

Highlights

• Join a team of 2 Pediatricians, 4 Internal Medicine, 2 APP’s
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
• Clinic hours are M‑F, 7:30 AM – 6 PM
• Call responsibility: Once every 6‑8 weeks
• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
• Nurse and medical assistant support
• Access to NM specialty network and advanced technology
• Hospital privileges at NM Huntley Hospital
• EPIC electronic health system

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
• Board‑eligible or certified
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
