Our Pediatric Critical Care team operates a state-of-the-art 24-bed PICU at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. We're proud to offer comprehensive services including ECMO capability, pediatric trauma care, and congenital heart services, caring for approximately 1,200 admissions annually with an average daily census of 12 patients. What truly sets us apart is our collaborative culture. You'll be joining a supportive team of 10 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner who value both clinical excellence and work-life balance. We believe that the best patient care comes from providers who feel supported, respected, and energized both professionally and personally.

The Opportunity:

Position: Full-time Pediatric Intensivist (1.0 FTE)

Location: Banner Desert Medical Center, Mesa, AZ

What We're Looking For:

• Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care
• Proven clinical experience in pediatric intensive care
• An Arizona medical license and DEA (or the ability to obtain them)
• Strong clinical skills paired with excellent interprofessional communication
• A collaborative spirit and genuine passion for pediatric critical care
