Hennepin Healthcare Department of Pediatrics is currently seeking a **0.8 FTE primary care physician** to join our amazing team of providers. Within this position, we are offering the opportunity to become an integral part of our nursery team, as well as our primary care clinic's downtown location. The Department of Pediatrics at Hennepin Healthcare provides primary care of infants, children, and adolescents through young adulthood. We have a robust partnership with the University of Minnesota to provide expert specialty care, and in-house we boast a team of our own specialists in the areas of pulmonology, infectious disease, weight management, growth and nutrition, adolescent medicine, developmental assessments, pediatric psychology/psychiatry and gender and sexual health. In addition to being a certified Level 1 pediatric trauma center, the Pediatric Department includes a state-of-the-art 9-bed pediatric intensive care unit staffed with an in-house intensivist hospitalist team, a 15-bed pediatric inpatient unit staffed by board-certified pediatric hospitalists, a 21-bed Level III neonatal intensive care unit staffed with an in-house neonatology team.
