Come practice in Springville, Alabama, in a 100% outpatient pediatric setting with no inpatient duties. A CompHealth recruiter will advocate for you during contract negotiations, with insights into facilities and the national market.

The position features a four-day workweek (32 hours), rotating Saturday coverage, and a team comprising 1 pediatrician and 5 NPs. Expect about 25 patients per day with MA support and competitive compensation including a production bonus and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient pediatric care with no inpatient duties.
• See about 25 patients per day with dedicated MA support for each provider.
• Rotating Saturday coverage 8:00–12:00 with offset hours in the same week.
• Work a four-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 (32 hours).
• Collaborate with the recruiter on contract negotiations, pay and incentives.
