Job summary

CompHealth is assisting a growing pediatric practice in Houston, TX, by adding a pediatrician to a 100% outpatient, Monday–Friday schedule. You will work in a supportive environment with a focus on work-life balance.

You will see 25–30 patients daily and require Spanish or Vietnamese language proficiency. Board-eligible or board-certified candidates are welcomed; new graduates are considered.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified pediatrician welcomed; new graduates considered.
• Outpatient pediatric care with Monday–Friday schedule.
• Ability to see 25–30 patients per day and manage a balanced workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a growing practice.
• Manage 25–30 patient encounters per day with a focus on quality and continuity.
• Participate in a minimal-call, phone-based schedule as the practice expands.

• 100% outpatient position with Monday - Friday schedule
• Hours from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with work-life balance focus
• Spanish or Vietnamese language proficiency required
• Seeing 25 - 30 patients per day in a growing pediatric practice
• Minimal call by phone only; shared call schedule as practice grows
• Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatrician welcomed; new graduates considered
