Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy pediatric ER
• Collaborate with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitalists and subspecialty teams
• Contribute to teaching and mentorship of residents and fellows in pediatric emergency medicine
• Cover twelve 12-hour shifts per month with full scribe coverage to enhance efficiency
• Coordinate with affiliated ICU teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions

Description:We are seeking a dedicated full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art pediatric emergency department.This position offers a dynamic and supportive environment with robust subspecialty coverage and excellent teaching opportunities.You will provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy pediatric ER with volumes approaching 55,000 patients annually.Collaboration with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams is essential.You will participate in a supportive environment with child life specialists and pediatric social workers integrated into ER care.Contribution to the teaching and mentorship of residents and fellows in pediatric emergency medicine is expected.This role involves covering twelve 12-hour shifts per month.Utilization of full scribe coverage will enhance efficiency and patient care quality.You will engage with affiliated Pediatric ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.Open to Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates, both fresh graduates and experienced providers, but recent inpatient experience is required.Candidates should be willing to relocate if not currently living in the area.Visa support is not available.
