Job summary

Description:We are seeking a Pediatric Endocrinologist for locum tenens coverage.Coverage will include both in-person and telehealth services.The schedule will consist of a clinic from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and call responsibilities.Weeknight beeper call and 24-hour beeper call coverage on weekends will be required.Full-time coverage is preferred, but we will consider multiple providers offering at least 1 week per month.Two weeks of the month will be devoted to in-person clinic work.The other two weeks will involve virtual hospital call coverage.Candidates must be able to provide ongoing care both in person and through virtual means.We welcome candidates who can obtain a temporary state license while full licensure is in process.The expected patient encounters per shift are approximately 15.The facility is a Level 2 trauma center and has specific certification requirements.No specific specialty skills beyond pediatric endocrinology are required for this position.
