Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a Cardiology resident to join our team in Boston, MA. This part-time position offers a guaranteed salary in the final year of training and exposure to value-based care models within a national system.

You'll work with experienced physicians, receive mentorship during your transition from training to practice, and participate in a program spanning Atrius Health sites in central Massachusetts or virtual engagements, with only a few hours per month

Required Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Local physician resident in Massachusetts

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $40.00 - $60.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
