Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest pathologist position seeks a full-time AP/CP pathologist to join a community-based practice with hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest.

The role covers general surgical pathology, cytopathology with FNA, hematopathology, and call responsibilities; board certification required and Illinois license eligibility; subspecialty training preferred.

Qualifications

• AP/CP board certification required.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Illinois medical license.
• Subspecialty training in breast/gynecologic pathology or hematopathology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General surgical pathology with frozen sections.
• Cytopathology with immediate FNA assessments.
• Hematopathology including bone marrows and lymph nodes.
