We're seeking a mission-driven Physician to join Curana Health and deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You'll be a trusted clinical leader for your patients, a mentor to APPs, and an advocate for the residents in your care, while enjoying a level of flexibility and independence that's genuinely rare in medicine today.
Full-Time or Part-Time Schedules AvailableProvide compassionate, evidence-based care by completing history and physicals on new patients and conducting routine rounding (minimum once per week).
Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits, ensuring compliance and clinical excellence.
Oversee APP performance, serving as a mentor and resource to elevate care delivery across your team.
Close quality gaps when prompted, driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advocate for patients and championing what matters most to them.

This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities. Depending on the amount of travel required, Curana may in future determine that a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record are required. If so, you will be provided with thirty (30) days notice of this requirement. From that time forward, please be advised that Periodic motor vehicle (MVR) checks may be conducted as a condition of, and/or for, continued employment.
USD $50,000.00/Yr. - USD $75,000.00/Yr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Curana Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, 401K, PTO, paid holidays (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
