This role can be full-time or part-time, offering flexible schedules and a focus on independent practice within a supportive, value-based care model.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

We're seeking a mission-driven Physician to join Curana Health and deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You'll be a trusted clinical leader for your patients, a mentor to APPs, and an advocate for the residents in your care, while enjoying a level of flexibility and independence that's genuinely rare in medicine today.

This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities. Depending on the amount of travel required, Curana may in future determine that a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record are required. If so, you will be provided with thirty (30) days notice of this requirement. From that time forward, please be advised that Periodic motor vehicle (MVR) checks may be conducted as a condition of, and/or for, continued employment.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000.00/Yr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Curana Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, 401K, PTO, paid holidays (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
