Banner Health’s Otolaryngology division at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our Department of Otolaryngology. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to academic excellence while delivering patient-centered care in the Phoenix area.

Candidates must be board-certified/board-eligible, hold AZ medical licensure, have a current DEA license, and be committed to teaching residents and medical students.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Unrestricted Arizona Medical Licensure.
• DEA license with current prescribing privileges.
• Commitment to academic and clinical excellence.
• Interest and ability to teach and mentor otolaryngology residents/medical students.

Responsibilities

• Work schedule: M-F, approximately 2 days clinic, 2 days OR and 1 academic/administrative day per week.
