Sutter Health's OrthoMed Center in Modesto, CA seeks a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon with Hand & Upper Extremity fellowship to join a respected private practice serving the Central Valley.

The incoming surgeon will focus on hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow conditions, including complex reconstructive cases, with shoulder care optional. An income guarantee for the first two years and a partnership track are offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and active California licensure.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship in Hand Surgery or Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery.
• CAQ in Hand Surgery preferred.
• Eligible for California medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a dedicated Hand & Upper Extremity practice.
• Diagnose and treat hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow conditions.
• Collaborate with trauma, sports medicine, and spine specialists as needed.
• Possibly participate in general orthopedic call based on interest.

Sutter seeks to hire a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery to join OrthoMed Center, a respected and growing private orthopedic practice in Modesto, California.

This is an exceptional opportunity to establish and grow a high-demand upper extremity practice within one of the region's premier orthopedic groups serving California's Central Valley. The incoming surgeon will focus on the diagnosis and treatment of hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow conditions, including traumatic injuries, peripheral nerve disorders, tendon pathology, arthritis, fracture care, sports-related injuries, and complex reconstructive procedures. Shoulder care is not required.
