Description:The organization is excited to welcome a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join their established team of surgeons.The selected candidate will be part of a collaborative orthopedic group.Join an outstanding and well-established team of experienced orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers.Strong support staff includes multiple medical assistants, athletic trainers, a registered nurse, a clinic supervisor, radiological technologists, physician assistants, referral coordinators, and surgery coordinators.The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a high-volume, high-producing orthopedic group.The role involves 50% clinic and 50% operating room with dedicated block time and a dedicated orthopedic operating room for surgeries.State-of-the-art equipment includes mini C-arms, robotics, arthroscopy equipment, and in-house x-rays with dedicated technicians.The position is within a dedicated orthopedic hospital with experienced and consistent teams in the operating room.The patient mix is approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient, with light call requirements and a dedicated orthopedic trauma team.An electronic medical record system is utilized system-wide.The organization offers a competitive compensation and benefits plan, including a retirement program, medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage.There are also competitive time-off plans and wellness benefits available.A generous continuing medical education allowance is provided.
