Job summary

Proforma Health in Duluth, MN seeks an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join a reputable orthopedic practice. The role involves providing specialized hand surgery care within a large, collaborative team and utilizing advanced facilities including an ambulatory surgery center and modern OR access.

The ideal candidate will be board certified or board eligible in orthopaedics with fellowship training in hand surgery, and will participate in community outreach, sports team coverage, and a balanced Level I

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedics.
• Fellowship training in Hand Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Providing specialized hand surgery care within a collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons and NP/PAs.
• Utilizing state-of-the-art facilities, including an ambulatory surgery center and advanced OR access.
• Engaging in community outreach and sports team coverage for local athletes.
• Participating in a balanced call schedule at a Level I Trauma Center, with approximately 30 call nights annually.
• Supporting patient care with onsite hand therapy, dedicated APPs, and comprehensive clinic staff.

• Participating in a balanced call schedule at a Level I Trauma Center, with approximately 30 call nights annually.
