Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, MN is seeking a licensed optometrist to join a mature department delivering high-quality eye care within a hospital-based setting.

You will work Monday–Friday day hours in a collaborative clinic, with access to LipiFlow, OCT, LASIK/PRK on site and opportunities to engage with ophthalmology specialists.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Mature, diverse, and collegial practice with department of 5 Optometrists and 6 Ophthalmologists, including sub-specialists in Cornea, Pediatrics, Glaucoma, and Retina.
• Access to LipiFlow, OCT, LASIK/PRK onsite in a state-of-the-art facility
• Outreach to Essentia Health-Virginia
• Medical facility-based optometry practice
• Monday-Friday day hours

• Residency or equivalent experience required

COMPENSATION

• $184,000 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
