CompHealth is seeking a glaucoma-focused surgeon to join a high-volume practice in Lubbock, TX. The team includes seven surgeons, an optometrist, dedicated technicians, scribes, and front-office staff, with a private-equity-backed buy-in option available.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8 am–5 pm) with no on-call nights or weekends, and the group operates its own ambulatory surgery center. Fellowship training is required; board-certified or board-eligible candidates are considered.
