Job summary

CompHealth is assisting a retina-focused, well-established practice in El Paso, TX to recruit a fellowship-trained retina specialist. This position offers a high-volume retina workload with a single location and an owned ambulatory surgery center.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with no call, nights, or weekends. Immediate buy-in is available through a private equity partner, and a full support team is provided to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in retina required.
• Board certification or eligibility considered.
• Experience in retina procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide retina-focused ophthalmology care in a high-volume practice.
• Work at a single location with an ambulatory surgery center.
• Collaborate with surgeons, optometrists and support staff.
