Job summary

Tidelands Health is seeking a Physician Office Nurse (LPN) in Murrells Inlet, SC for a full-time, day shift position. The nurse will provide nursing care within the SC LPN scope, including data collection, medication administration, patient teaching, and charting in the EMR.

You will assist physicians, triage calls, and participate in patient setup and education. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, 2 years of LPN experience preferred, SC LPN license, BLS within 30 days of hire, and

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license required in SC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform medication pre-authorizations and refill requests.
• Provide follow-up to lab results and medication changes.
• Assisting physician with patient setup and preparations.
• Perform nurse visits and patient education.
• Triaging incoming phone calls and managing referrals.
• Rooming patients, collecting vitals, and EMR input.
• Ordering and managing general inventory and office supplies.
