Join our dedicated team at SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean Divisions of Ophthalmology and Optometry! We are seeking a passionate full-time (1.0 FTE) optometrist to enhance patient care at our clinic in Baraboo.

We are looking for a capable and compassionate optometrist who will provide exceptional eye care in a supportive and engaging environment. Ideal candidates are board‑certified in optometry, skilled in specialty contact lenses and postoperative care, and use the EPIC EMR system. New graduates will be considered; residency training is preferred. Board certification must be obtained within five years of hire.
