Job summary

CompHealth is excited to present an OB-GYN opportunity in Visalia, CA. This position features a 4‑day workweek with 9‑hour shifts and one evening shift per week (10am–7pm), plus one Saturday per month. Call is about 1:5 with a 24‑hour day each week.

The hospital supports VBAC with in-house anesthesia and offers DaVinci Xi on-site robotic surgery. You’ll join a collaborative team including CNMs, family medicine physicians, and residents, with a dedicated onboarding and mentorship program and

Responsibilities

• Full-time role with a balanced schedule: 4 days, 9 hours per shift and one evening shift per week (10am–7pm) plus one Saturday per month.
• Call is approximately 1:5 with one 24-hour call day per week.
• Work at a large regional medical center with labor and delivery, postpartum, and MFM consult services.
• In-house anesthesia available, enabling VBAC; DaVinci Xi robotic surgery on-site.
• Collaborative team environment with onboarding, mentorship, and gradual patient ramp-up.
• Collaborate with CNMs, family medicine physicians, and residents.
• Board-certified or board-eligible OB-GYN welcome; DEA required.

Salary from $264842.00 to $423748.00 annually
