Job summary

Banner Health's Banner University Medical Center in Tucson, AZ is expanding its OB/GYN program. We seek a dynamic OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a growing team of employed physicians and advance academic medicine within the University of Arizona faculty.

The selected candidate will lead Labor and Delivery during coverage, participate in in-house GYN consults, and contribute to medical student and resident teaching, with a 12-hour shift model and a daily delivery workload.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN by start date.
• Academic appointment and teaching responsibilities are anticipated.
• Licensure to practice in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead Labor and Delivery during coverage.
• Provide in-house GYN consults.
• Engage in teaching at medical student and resident levels.
• Participate in a 12-hour shift schedule with day/night differential.
