Requirements

• Board Eligibility/Certification in ObGyn
• Graduate of an accredited medical school and residency
• Licensure to practice medicine in Washington State by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay scale is $431,000.00 - $465,000.00 USD.
