Be/BC in Ob/Gyn and Indiana licensure eligibility are required. The network offers extensive resources, a Level III NICU, 24/7 CRNA coverage on L&D, and access to advanced robotic options.

This physician will join Community Physician Network, an employed physician group of over 750 physicians in Indianapolis, IN.

Licensure & Certification
