As our PRN OB/GYN physician, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Federal Way, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of women's health cases, making a significant impact on their lives and families. As our PRN OB/GYN physician, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Federal Way, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of women's health cases, making a significant impact on their lives and families. You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate OB/GYN physician, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex Women's Health disorders, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

• PRN position based at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, WA, a 124 bed Level III trauma center. The new provider will help with inpatient/call shifts.
• The group does approximately 120 deliveries per month. There is 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
• St. Francis has a special care nursery capable of caring for infants as young as 32 weeks and staffed by a Pediatric Hospitalist who handles all neonatal needs, resuscitations and transfers.
• Group consists of 6 OB/GYN physicians, 6 CNM's and 1 Gyn APP at this location.
• VMFH Women's Health Service line includes 6 MFM's, 1 Urogynecologist and 2 Gynecologic Oncologists.

Required

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• Active or eligible license in the state of Washington
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
