Job summary

Salem Clinic is seeking an Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our team in Salem, Oregon. This full-time position offers a four-day work week, with an opportunity for partnership after one year. Inpatient and outpatient duties with a high-volume obstetric practice and access to robotic surgeries are available.

Our interdisciplinary team collaborates closely, with in-house OB anesthesia at Salem Hospital and a laborist of the day model to support delivery services.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and outpatient obstetrics duties in a high-volume practice
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including APN, PA, and physicians
• Participation in robotic surgeries as applicable
• Work within a laborist of the day model with OB anesthesia support at Salem Hospital

Salem Clinic is looking for an Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our team!

• Inpatient and outpatient settings
• High surgical volume, option for robotic surgeries
• Combined, the group performs 140-150 deliveries per month
• Call is 1:9; laborist of the day model; OB hospitalists and in house dedicated OB anesthesia at Salem Hospital (level III NICU)
• Must work well in a collaborative group setting

At Salem Clinic, we use EPIC for our EMR and DAX CoPilot AI for note building. We have a long history in our community (100 years and counting) and have always been on the cutting-edge for adopting new technology and processes.

Our onsite laboratory is a CLIA‑licensed high complexity laboratory. We use Siemens for our major chemistry instrumentation and perform more than 80% of our testing in-house with impressive turnaround times. Our lab team also performs EKGs and places Holter monitors.

Our onsite imaging includes: general x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, bone densitometry and more. Radiologists are onsite reading until 5pm daily, with remote wet reads available after hours.
