Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, Missouri, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB-GYN to join our Women's Health team. Join a physician-led organization focused on high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience.

Join nine OB-GYNs, with in-house call support, and a collaborative, patient-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork and work-life balance, including Maternal Fetal Medicine on site.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible OB-GYN.
• Missouri medical license or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in a busy OB-GYN practice as part of a nine-physician team.
• 3½ clinic days plus a ½ day of surgery per week.
• 3–4 in-house 24-hour call shifts per month with 3–5 backup call days.
• Maternal fetal medicine available on site for high-risk pregnancies.
• Collaborate with Children’s Mercy specialists.
• Robotic surgery opportunities and a broad women’s health service line.

Mosaic Life Care, located in St. Joseph, Missouri, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join our growing Women's Health team. Candidates can expect a busy practice within a physician-led organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience.

Join an established team of nine OB/GYN physicians, one dedicated inpatient call physician, and three Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative, energetic, and patient-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and work-life balance.

Compensation Details

• $350k starting base salary, 2-year guarantee
• $50k starting bonus
• Up to $200k student loan repayment assistance

Practice Details

• Cooperative, energetic, flexible, focused, friendly, and organized practice environment
• Beautiful clinic located at Mosaic Life Care Plaza 2
• Schedule includes 3½ clinic days and ½ day of surgery per week
• Typically 3 to 4 in-house 24-hour call shifts per month with 3 to 5 backup call days per month
• Maternal Fetal Medicine onsite for high-risk pregnancies
• Collaboration with Children's Mercy specialists
• Comprehensive women's health services including infertility treatment, hormone replacement therapy, and urodynamic testing
• Robotic surgery opportunities available
• Diverse procedural practice including hysterectomy, hysteroscopy, cystocele and rectocele repair, D&C, cesarean sections, and vaginal deliveries
• Balanced practice with approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient responsibilities
