City of Hope in Irvine, CA seeks a full-time non-invasive cardiologist to deliver clinical cardio-oncology care and advanced imaging at a single-site Irvine campus. The physician will balance inpatient and outpatient duties, spend time on imaging, and participate in teaching and research within a leading cancer center.
The role emphasizes echocardiography, collaboration with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and ongoing clinical service expansion.
The Division of Cardiology at City of Hope provides expertise in clinical cardio-oncology and cardiac imaging, including a full array of noninvasive cardiovascular imaging, including a full array of noninvasive cardiovascular imaging services to assist with the surveillance of cardiac function and diagnosis of heart disease. Based upon our areas of clinical expertise and our basic, translational and clinical research programs, the International Cardio-Oncology Society has recognized City of Hope as a Center of Excellence in the field of Cardio-Oncology.
We collaborate with our surgeons and anesthesiologists to offer preoperative risk assessments and clinical optimization before major surgery. The emerging field of cardio-oncology is becoming increasingly important, and our Division works closely with all Departments to provide effective, evidence-based care.
The Department of Medicine at City of Hope National Medical Center is seeking applications for a full-time clinical faculty position for our Irvine, CA campus. City of Hope is an expanding institution in both numbers of patients per year as well as infrastructure investment in clinical, academic and research facilities. and City of Hope, Orange County.

Base Salary Range: $320,000 - $345K,000 (Assistant Clinical to Clinical Professor levels). The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.
