Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking surgeons, family medicine and internal medicine physicians to lead wound care in the Philadelphia metro area. Enjoy clinical autonomy in a true M-F role with no nights, weekends, or pagers.

As an Independent Contractor, you will deliver bedside wound care to SNFs, including debridement and advanced dressings, with per-patient/per-procedure pay and quarterly bonuses, plus a tech-forward practice to reduce admin time.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted/Clear Pennsylvania Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA License (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Open background: physicians from various specialties; no prior wound care experience required; residency or board eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care in regional skilled nursing facilities.
• Perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Use advanced dressings and follow wound care protocols.
• Collaborate with post-acute care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
